Our Philosophy is absolutely consistent with the global BNI philosophy and that is – Givers Gain.

By helping others and referring business to others we will naturally get business ourselves.

The motto – it’s better to give than receive comes to mind. As well as Zig Ziglars quote: “if you give enough other people what they want you will get what you want”.

As an example of how this works let us share how our Chapter performed over the last 4 years:
 

In 2015 our Chapter:

      • Passed 1536 inside referrals,
      • Passed 962 outside referrals,
      • Resulting in $1,252,237 of closed business for our Chapter.

 
In 2014 our Chapter:

      • Passed 1731 inside referrals,
      • Passed 810 outside referrals,
      • Resulting in $1,782,265 of closed business for our Chapter.

 
In 2013 our Chapter:

        • Passed 1865 inside referrals,
        • Passed 897 outside referrals,
        • Resulting in $1,556,137 of closed business for our Chapter.

 
In 2012 our Chapter:

        •  Passed 1596 inside referrals,
        •  Passed 1001 outside referrals,
        •  Resulting in $1,381,620 of closed business for our Chapter.

This is what our Chapter has accomplished in the last 4 years.

Last year BNI Internationally passed 5.6 million referrals which resulted in over 52.3 billion dollars worth of business for its members.

Definition:

 Inside referrals: these are referrals members passed to each other from within our Chapter.

 Outside referrals: these are referrals members passed to their fellow members for businesses outside our Chapter.

 Closed business: this is the total dollar amount our Chapter members earned from passing business to each other.
